TONY LAW STANDS DOWN AT STANDARD ENGINEERING

Image

After 33 years at Standard Engineering, Chairman Tony Law has announced his retirement. This is bad news for members of his golf club, as it means he has the free time now to get even better!

As Managing Director, Tony had been involved with the outright purchase of Standard Engineering in the late 1990’s from parent company Halma plc, and the acquisition of Whitfield Wylie Ltd a couple of years later.

Here Tony (centre) is pictured with Finance Director Ian Holliday (left) and newly appointed Managing Director Keith Malyon (right) at the time of their Management Buyout of the Company in 2006.

His fellow Directors, and all at Standard wish Tony all the best for the future.
