The fruits of our ongoing machinery development programme will be unveiled at the Cutting Edge Exhibition at Sandown when the new “Model 720” Finisher will be put on show.
Previous developments to the existing “Model 700” which became the “Model 710” have proved to be very popular within the industry, with in excess of 100 units being built and supplied from our factory in the 18-months since its launch.
Not content to merely rest on our laurels, we continue to refine and improve our machinery range. This is made possible by having a flexible, knowledgeable workforce and an onsite parts and machinery construction facility. This way, various techniques and constructions can be rigorously tested before being offered to the shoe-repairing public.
Within the 720 we have utilised developments made to our Orthotic Twin Bandscourer in the field of effective dust management. We have also re-engineered the working areas around the cutters and scouring areas to further assist operators. At the same time, we have ensured that the popular operation, look and feel of the machine has been retained – giving the best of both worlds.
